After we abandoned our attempt to walk from Eastbourne to Lands End to John O Groats in a National Trail crushing extravaganza thanks to injury and mental health, we did say if we ever stopped walking like we shat ourselves we’d try and finish it off. Obviously in bite-sized sections though, there’s no way we’d get that kind of time off work again unless the Lotto gods smiled upon us.
